1. Overview

At The SilkBrush we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and refunds in accordance with the terms below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unusedundamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.

After 14 days from the date of delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that show signs of use, wear, or alteration.
  • Items purchased on sale or marked as final sale.
  • Gift cards or digital downloads.
  • Personal care items or accessories for hygiene reasons.

4. Return Process

  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.
  3. Ship the product back to the address provided in your confirmation email.

Please do not send any items back without receiving prior authorization.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at thesilkbrush.sb@gmail.com with photos of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We will resolve the issue promptly by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank or card account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
