You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your product.
Items must be in original condition with packaging and accessories included.
Return shipping is free - we’ll email you a prepaid label.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
Tip: Keep your original box for an easier return process.

Exchange Policy
Want to swap for another color or model? No problem.
Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of delivery.

We’ll send you a free shipping label and process your new order right away.

Warranty Policy
We stand by our SilkBrushes—because confidence should come standard.
All SilkBrush products come with a 6 month limited warranty.
Covers any manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship.
Doesn’t cover accidental damage or misuse—but don’t worry, we offer affordable repair options too.
